A neck lift is surgery that reshapes the neck through excess skin removal, liposuction, and plication of the platysma muscle, restoring a youthful contour.
Indicated for loose neck skin, visible platysmal bands, submental fat, loss of the cervicomental angle, and an aging neck that appears disproportionate to the face.
Anterior Neck Lift: Platysma plication through a submental incision. Lateral Neck Lift: Includes skin removal through a periauricular incision. Combined with Deep Plane: Complete face and neck rejuvenation.
